Once I'd recovered from laughing so hard, I found I couldn't possibly have said it better than Keith Olbermann, whose commentary was linked from my trusted sources Rox Populi and arse poetica.
And the Wikipedia, in its definition and explanation of Fascism, included a quote from an essay by George Orwell:
"... almost any English person would accept ‘bully’ as a synonym for ‘Fascist’."
Bully certainly *IS* the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Rumsfeld.
