2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of milk (I use 2%. Pick your favorite)
5 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
Whisk the flour and milk into a smooth batter. Add the beaten eggs, sugar and salt. Generously butter a non-stick skillet and pour just enough batter to make a thin pancake. Flip it over once it's browned. Repeat.
Spread your favorite jam on a pancake, roll it up like a cigar, and enjoy. I did. :-)
