I read a lot. I go to the movies. I listen to music. I read more. I watch TV. And I spend a lot of my time on the Internet, for work and for fun. Can't even imagine my life without it anymore.

I was born and raised in Germany, and moved to California in 1990, after I'd met this guy over email (a quite unusual occurrence then). We moved in together, got married, split up, got divorced, and I'm still here. Actually, I moved back to Germany in the summer 2000, but I found out you can't go home again - certainly not after having gotten used to California sunshine, beaches, and high-tech tolerance. So I'm back in Silicon Valley, and I'm glad.
